As part of the State’s criminal policy, victims’ aid helps victims, particularly those of criminal offences. It allows the interests of victims to be taken into account as closely as possible to the facts, whether or not a complaint has been filed.
ADAVIM France Victimes Martinique offers comprehensive and multidisciplinary assistance to victims, free of charge and confidential, including during the execution phase of judicial decisions.

Decentralized victims’ aid centres exist throughout the county to welcome, listen to, inform and accompany victims as close as possible to their homes.
