The victim support association, ADAVIM FRANCE VICTIMES 972 MARTINIQUE, specializing in assisting victims of criminal offenses and natural disasters, a member of France Victimes and accredited by the Ministry of Justice, is recruiting a welcoming jurist as part of the “adulte relais” program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s 1 in criminal law
• Experience in victim assistance or legal access
• Knowledge of criminal law and procedure
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and urgent environment
• Necessary travel requiring a vehicle
• Proficiency in computer tools
• Operational level of English and/or Spanish and Creole

Missions

• Reception, listening, and interviews with victims
• Informing victims about their rights
• Assisting victims in their procedures
• Conducting victim assistance and legal access sessions
• Accompanying victims in court
• Evaluation, report writing
• Implementing and leading prevention actions
• Contributing to legal monitoring
• Facilitating prevention workshops
• Participating in internal and partnership meetings
