As a key player in implementing public policies for victim assistance in Martinique, ADAVIM FRANCE VICTIMES MARTINIQUE offers you the opportunity to participate in various missions.

MISSION DESCRIPTION

Assist the association in :

• Conducting listening sessions, providing information, and supporting victims;
• Implementing and leading awareness campaigns;
• Implementing measures for penal mediation and restorative justice.

DURATION

• 6 months, one year, or longer

FREQUENCY

• Once a week

TARGET AUDIENCE

• Adult victims, minors;
• Students from local schools

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Knowledge of criminal and civil law;
• Victim rights;
• Clinical psychology;
• Mediation;
• Psychosocial assessment;
• Assessment of legal access for individuals;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to analyze relationships between individuals and their life context;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Familiarity with Martinique’s healthcare and social services network;
• Listening and interview techniques.

INTERVENTION LOCATIONS

• Local service centers, Justice and Law Houses, Youth Courts (BAV), Municipalities, local schools

TRAVEL EXPENSES

• Reimbursement for mileage and meals
